I contributed to the development and maintenance of a production web application, working on multiple modules, fixing bugs, and ensuring long-term stability. My responsibilities included feature development, bug fixing, and code reviews, maintaining high code quality standards across the team. I actively collaborated with other developers to ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Additionally, we held regular meetings with stakeholders and clients to present progress, gather feedback, and refine new requirements. The client’s ecosystem consists of three different applications; however, for confidentiality reasons, only the publicly available application can be showcased in this portfolio.

Ingresos Propios is a critical government platform that streamlines the financial management of public institutions in Michoacán. It replaces legacy manual processes with a centralized digital system for tracking revenue, expenses, and budget allocation. The dashboard provides real-time visualization of financial data, enabling decision-makers to audit and analyze institutional performance with valid, granular data. Security and data integrity were paramount in its design.

D4TA - Datos Gratis
D4TA - Datos Gratis is a government initiative created to support students with a free 4 GB monthly data package for personal use. Students apply using CURP and school enrollment ID (matrícula), and the system validates that information before creating an application. Each successful registration generates a unique key that the student shares with their institution director to continue the process. Directors can review requests, while final lifecycle updates (approved/rejected/status changes) are restricted to superuser roles to preserve governance, auditability, and data integrity.

Padrón de beneficiarios is a government operations platform that consolidates every critical process required to manage social-program beneficiaries with traceability and control. Through the modules exposed in the left sidebar, teams can handle beneficiary onboarding, personal and documentary validation, program catalog and assignment, eligibility review, status transitions, disbursement monitoring, and analytical reporting in one governed workflow. The platform is built to reduce duplicate records, standardize inter-department coordination, and provide decision-makers with an auditable, real-time operational view of program execution.
