Security and data integrity were paramount in its design.

D4TA - Datos Gratis is a government initiative created to support students with a free 4 GB monthly data package for personal use. Students apply using CURP and school enrollment ID (matrícula), and the system validates that information before creating an application. Each successful registration generates a unique key that the student shares with their institution director to continue the process. Directors can review requests, while final lifecycle updates (approved/rejected/status changes) are restricted to superuser roles to preserve governance, auditability, and data integrity.

The platform is built to reduce duplicate records, standardize inter-department coordination, and provide decision-makers with an auditable, real-time operational view of program execution.
